Sarah Coan,
is under supervision at Monarch Family Counseling. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Behavior Psychology/Business and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is licensed in Utah as an ACMHC to practice psychotherapy.
She combines therapy techniques to improve the client's quality of life. As a dedicated practitioner in the field of behavioral and mental health counseling with a combined 10 years of experience, her clinical practice focuses on providing comprehensive mental health services for children aged 0-12 years old, specializing in anxiety, depression, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and Autism.
Her approach is holistic, considering the unique needs of each child and their family. In addition to working directly with young patients, she has a particular interest in supporting parents through perinatal issues and helping them navigate the emotional complexities and mental health challenges associated with pregnancy, childbirth, and parenthood.
By offering tailored interventions and support, she aims to foster resilience and well-being in children and their families, promoting healthier developmental trajectories and stronger family dynamics.
